Prescriptions in under a minute. Even without internet.
A prescription app built for the way doctors actually work: your medicine list, your letterhead and signature, nine designed templates, and a QR that proves each prescription is genuine — with your patient records staying on your own device.

From install to a printed prescription in four steps
Install the app and sign in
Download it for your Mac, Windows PC or Android phone. Create an account once and set up your profile: name, registration number, clinic, logo and signature.
Build your medicine list
Add the medicines you prescribe with your usual dose, frequency and duration — or start from a list of common names. Next time it is one tap, fully editable.
Write the prescription
Pick the patient, tap medicines, adjust with one-tap chips, and watch the live preview. Choose a template, colour and typeface that suit your practice.
Finalize, then print or share
Finalizing locks it with a unique number and a verification QR. Save a PDF, print, or share it on WhatsApp. Made a mistake? Correct & reissue — the original is kept and marked replaced.
Everything a busy clinic needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Your medicine list, your dosing
Save each medicine once with the dose, frequency and duration you usually use. Type two letters, tap, done — everything fills in and stays editable.
Private by design
Records live in an encrypted database on your own device, keyed from the operating-system keystore. Nothing about your patients is uploaded.
Works without internet
Clinic Wi-Fi down? Rural visit? The app does not care. Write, finalize and print offline; it only checks your plan occasionally.
Nine designed templates
From a crisp classic to an executive colour band or a two-column clinical layout. Change colour, typeface and size to match your clinic.
Correct, never overwrite
Finalized prescriptions are locked like a signed document. Made a mistake? Correct & reissue keeps the original on record, marked replaced.
QR verification
A scannable code lets a pharmacist confirm the prescription is genuine, without ever seeing patient details.
A prescription that looks like your practice
Pick a template, then make it yours: accent colour, typeface, text size, QR on or off. Try it right here — this is the same engine the app uses.

A QR code that proves the prescription is real
Every finalized prescription carries a unique code. A pharmacist, patient or insurer can scan the QR at the bottom and instantly see whether it is genuine, who issued it and whether it is still valid — without seeing anything about the patient.
- 1
You finalize
The prescription gets a number like DPM-2026-R20K-000128 and a secret verification code, sealed with a fingerprint of its exact contents.
- 2
They scan the QR
The QR opens a public verification page for that code — no app or login needed.
- 3
They see the result
The page shows the prescription number, issue date, doctor name and registration, and whether it is valid or revoked. A corrected prescription shows as replaced.
Privacy by design: the verification page never shows the patient’s name, age, diagnosis or medicines. Only the fact that the prescription is authentic.

Your patients’ records never need to leave your device
Encrypted at rest
The database is encrypted (SQLCipher, 256-bit). The key sits in the macOS Keychain, Windows credential store or Android Keystore — never in a file next to the data.
Locked when finalized
Finalized prescriptions cannot be edited, re-dated or deleted — enforced by the database itself. Corrections are new records, and the original is kept.
Nothing sold, nothing shared
No ads, no analytics on clinical content, no patient data on our servers. We keep your account and subscription state, and that’s all.

Questions doctors ask
Do I need internet to make a prescription?
No. The app stores everything on your own device and works fully offline. It only needs the internet occasionally to check your subscription and, when sync is enabled, to back up. Your patient details are never required to leave your device.
How many prescriptions are free?
Your first 10 finalized prescriptions are free, with no card required. Drafts are unlimited and never count. After that you choose a monthly or yearly plan. The limit is per account across all your devices.
Where is my patient data stored?
On your own device, in an encrypted database. The key is held in the operating system’s secure keystore (macOS Keychain, Windows, Android Keystore). We do not keep patient records on our servers.
What is the QR code on the prescription for?
It lets a pharmacist, patient or insurer scan the prescription and confirm it is genuine and not altered. The verification page shows only the prescription number, issue date, doctor and status (valid or revoked) — never the patient’s name, diagnosis or medicines.
I made a mistake after finalizing. Can I edit it?
A finalized prescription is locked, like a signed document — that is what makes it trustworthy. Use “Correct & reissue”: it opens a copy with all the details, you fix the mistake, and finalizing creates a new prescription and marks the original as replaced. Both stay on record.
Can I change the colours and look of the prescription?
Yes. Pick from nine designed templates, then change the accent colour, typeface, text size, and whether the QR is printed. Set your favourite as the default. A finalized prescription always keeps the look it was issued with.
Does the software decide what to prescribe?
Never. It is a documentation tool. Choosing medicines, doses and treatment is the doctor’s decision alone, and the app does not suggest or check them.
Is there a web version?
The website is for information and downloads. Prescriptions are written in the desktop and Android apps, which work offline and keep records on your device.
