Set up your profile

Open the app and create your account
Use your email and a strong password.

Enter your details
Name, qualifications, registration number and authority, phone and email as you want them printed.

Add your clinic
Clinic name, address and phone.

Add your logo and signature
Choose a photo, or draw your signature with your finger or mouse. Images are resized automatically.

Pick your default look
Choose a template, colour and typeface in Profile → Prescription look.

Start from common names
On the Medicines screen, add a list of common medicine names (no doses are filled in).

Set your usual dosing
Open a medicine and set the dose, frequency, duration and instructions you normally use.

Or import a CSV
Import your own list from a spreadsheet saved as CSV.

Tap New prescription
The editor opens full screen. Type the patient name — saved patients suggest themselves.

Add medicines
Type two letters, tap the medicine; its usual dosing fills in. Use the chips to adjust.

Check the preview
The live preview shows the exact printed layout. Use Template & look to change design or colour.

Finalize
Press Finalize (Ctrl/⌘+Enter). The prescription gets its number and is locked. Then save a PDF, print or share.

Open the finalized prescription
Prescriptions → select it.

Choose Correct & reissue
A copy opens with all the details.

Fix and finalize
The new prescription gets its own number; the original is marked “Corrected — replaced by …” and stays on record.

Scan the code
Any phone camera opens the verification page.

Read the result
It shows the prescription number, issue date, doctor and whether it is valid, revoked or replaced.

Privacy
It never shows the patient’s name, diagnosis or medicines.
