Prescription software for clinics

A clinic wants one look, one formulary and clear attribution. Today each doctor uses their own app and account, and the clinic identity is set up once and matched everywhere. Shared clinic accounts are planned and are not available yet.

What changes for you

One look for the whole clinic

Every doctor adds the same clinic name, address and logo, and picks the same template and colour. Prescriptions across the clinic look like they come from one practice.

A formulary imported once

Prepare your clinic formulary as a CSV and import it in each doctor’s app. Doctors then keep their own usual dosing on top of it.

Attribution that survives staff changes

Every finalized prescription stores the prescribing doctor’s name and registration as they were on the day it was issued — not a live lookup that changes when someone moves on.

A starting medicine library

Add these once with your usual dosage and they are one keystroke away afterwards. Nothing here is prescriptive — it is a starting point you edit, replace or ignore.

  • Your clinic formulary, imported once from a CSV
  • Each doctor’s own favourites and default dosing on top
  • The same template, colour and letterhead in every app

Questions

Can two doctors share patients or a medicine list live?

Not yet. Each doctor’s records live on their own device and are never shared automatically. Shared clinic accounts with opt-in sharing are on the roadmap; until then a formulary can be shared by importing the same CSV.

Does each doctor need their own subscription?

Yes — plans are per doctor account. One subscription covers all of that doctor’s own devices.

Try it with your own medicines
